The STEM Aspire is a female mentorship program connecting students to mentors within Dell Technologies. Its aim is to encourage and empower enthusiastic female students to have rewarding careers in the technology sector.

Eligibility
- Open to a female studying a STEM degree or STEM related course or business-related course.
- HBO 2nd, 3rd, 4th year or University Bachelor 2nd, 3rd year or University Master 1st or 2nd year.
- Dutch speaking – professional language skills or native.
