The Africa Impact Academy is for social entreprises and non profits making an economic impact in their communities in the areas of agribusiness, health, Tech and Energy.
The target are social enterprises and non-profits operating in Kenya, South Africa and Nigeria, operational for at least a year and are fairly confident to be making an impact in their communities.
The Africa Impact Academy is a 10-month-long engagement that promises to equip African founders and their teams running impactful for-profit or non-profit initiatives with skills, networks, tools and relationships that scale their work in their communities. At its core is African philanthropy and a community of people willing to invest in such impactful initiatives. The Academy brings both together and allows time to build connectedness and trust.
What you can look forward to in the academy is;
🚧 Tailored institutional capacity building- Indentify the gaps in your growth plan and get supported to address them
🎢 Peer-Peer linkages; Access peers solving the same problem as you, connect, partner, learn from each other
🏦 Access a network of funders and philanthropists interested in partnering with you and your work
đź”— Build trust over the duration of the program that you can leverage to unlock trust based partnership opportunities close to you.
🌍 Pay it forward; mentor other organizations as a successful alumni, tell you story, inspire others.
