Call For  Applications: Ekiti State Export Accelerator Program for MSMEs

The Ekiti State Ministry of Trade, Industry, Investment & Cooperatives, in collaboration with the Ekiti State Development and Investment Promotion Agency (EKDIPA), is excited to announce the launch of the Ekiti State Export Accelerator Program for MSMEs.

This flagship initiative is designed to empower local entrepreneurs and micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) with the capacity to participate competitively in the global marketplace. The program offers practical, hands-on training and strategic support that will enable local businesses to scale through export and become key players in the international economy.

Through this program, selected participants will gain access to:

* Export readiness training and capacity building sessions

* Support to improve product quality, branding, and packaging

* Guidance on export documentation and compliance requirements

* Linkages to financing, export logistics providers, and international buyers.

* Sector-specific mentorship and business advisory services

The program will focus on high-potential sectors including:

Agriculture, Agro-processing, Food production, Fashion, Crafts, and Light manufacturing.

Eligibility Criteria

You are encouraged to apply if you fall into any of the following categories:

* A startup or business with export potential and readiness to scale

* A producer or processor in agriculture, food, or agro-allied value chains

* An existing exporter looking to upgrade your processes, packaging, or access new markets

* A women-led or youth-led business with plans to grow through export

* A registered Micro, Small, or Medium Enterprise (MSME) located in Ekiti State
