Royal Breed Initiative Announces Flagship Leadership Summit for African Students and Recent Graduates
Share

The Royal Breed Initiative’s flagship program, Royal Breed Leadership Summit 1.0, is designed to inspire, equip, and connect young people, primarily students and recent graduates, in becoming purpose-driven leaders who can thrive regardless of their background or circumstances.

With the theme: Opportunity Without Barrier: Building a Level Playing Field for Every Learner

Every Learner. The Summit aims to bridge the knowledge and exposure gap between students in rural and urban tertiary institutions across Nigeria and the African continent. It will also serve as a launchpad for the other expressions of the initiative, including learning incubators and a digital student community in the coming months. Participants will gain access to leadership development tools, digital skill sets, and pathways to local and international opportunities while addressing both practical and mental barriers that limit growth.

Confirmed speakers are: Femi Oyebanjo, MD, Worknigeria; Ibironke Olurotimi, Founder/ Publisher, Eduspur; Martins Iyekekpolor, ED, YouLead International; Akumishi Ayenajeh, Co-founder, Skills for Development Foundation; Imoh Anselem, GrantMaster HQ; lyiola Akintaro, ED, AfterSchool Academy; and student leaders from BOUESTI and AAUA.

Speaking on the vision, the Founder and convener of the Royal Breed Leadership Summit, Olubukola Mercy Alao, said, “We believe every young person deserves access to opportunities, regardless of where they were born or the resources at their disposal. What if every student, whether from a city campus or a rural polytechnic, could access the same quality of mentorship, resources, and opportunities? That’s why this vision was born. This Summit is about leveling the playing field, inspiring bold leadership, and igniting a culture of possibility across Nigeria and Africa.”

Registration is now open via bit.ly/RBIflagship. Join us on Saturday, August 23rd, and take the first step toward your leadership potential and building the future you envision.
