Tips for a Strong Application
- Be clear about your current role and organisation: Intrapreneurship works best when reviewers believe you can act within your current context.
- Prepare an innovation idea (or problem) that you want to work on: Describe real institutional barriers or gaps (e.g. policy, partnerships, incentive, funding) that your idea will address.
- Show prior involvement or impact: Even small initiatives, improvement projects, or pilot work make your application stronger.
- Emphasize collaborative mindset: How you plan to collaborate with others (within your organisation, community, or cross-sector) will matter.
- Be realistic about your availability: If you can demonstrate you’ll carve out the time, that helps.
- Use concrete examples: For example, patient outcomes, cost savings, process improvement or efficiency, behavior change—whatever is measurable.
