The Legislative Mentorship Initiative (LMI) is more than a fellowship — it is a launchpad for visionary young Nigerians to shape the future of governance and legislative processes in the country. The programme offers a unique blend of classroom learning, hands-on field exposure, mentorship, and community engagement, equipping participants with the leadership skills, policy knowledge, and innovative mindset needed to drive democratic growth, stability, and sustainable development.

Through direct mentorship by experienced policymakers and legislative leaders, participants are prepared to become catalysts for change in Nigeria’s public sector
