eHealth Africa (eHA) has opened applications for its first-ever All-Female Internship Program for the first half of 2026. This unique initiative is designed to equip young women with practical skills, professional experience, and leadership training to help them excel in global health and technology.
About the Program
The internship program aims to build a stronger pipeline of women professionals driving change across Africa’s health and innovation sectors. Participants will gain real-world exposure to impactful projects, guided mentorship from experienced leaders, and an opportunity to contribute to eHA’s mission of improving healthcare delivery through technology and data-driven solutions.
Why It Matters
In many African countries, women remain underrepresented in health tech leadership roles. This program addresses that gap by giving women hands-on opportunities to lead, learn, and innovate. It helps build confidence, enhances employability, and supports gender inclusion in the workplace—key factors that contribute to economic growth and equitable development.
