Call for Applications: NigComSat Accelerator Program 2026 (Cohort 3.0) for Nigerian Startups

The Nigerian Communications Satellite (NigComSat) invites visionary Nigerian startups to apply for the 2026 NigComSat Accelerator Programme (Cohort 3.0), a transformative launchpad designed to empower startups driving innovation in technology, space, and digital transformation.

The programme offers a rare opportunity for emerging ventures to gain mentorship, visibility, and access to strategic networks that will help them scale their ideas and position their solutions within the global space-tech and innovation ecosystem.

Why It Matters
Nigeria’s future in technology and communications depends on bold innovators building real solutions for national growth. Through the NigComSat Accelerator Programme, startups gain the tools, knowledge, and exposure needed to grow sustainable businesses, attract investors, and compete on a global stage — from space technology and AI to finance, agriculture, and climate innovation.

Eligible Sectors
Startups working in the following areas are encouraged to apply:
• Agriculture
• Health
• Telecommunications
• Mining and Mineral Resources
• Artificial Intelligence (AI)

• Satellite and Space-related Solutions
• Other Emerging Sectors

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must:
• Be a legally registered company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Have a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) or functional prototype.
• Demonstrate growth potential and scalability.
• Have an active website or online presence.
• Offer a unique, innovative solution.
• Have a capable and committed team ready to execute.
• Submit a 1-minute video showcasing their product or solution.
