Call for Applications: LSETF Free Creative Skills Training for Women and Girls

The Lagos State Employment Trust Fund (LSETF), in partnership with the Elizabeth Jack-Rich Aid Foundation and Honeytreat Trade Academy (HTA), is inviting applications for a free Creative Skills Training Programme designed to empower women and girls across Lagos.

The three-week training aims to provide participants with practical, hands-on skills that promote self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and economic empowerment.

Training will take place in two locations across Lagos:

  • Abule-Egba Centre: Ankara Craft, Tie and Dye, and Leather Works
  • Magodo Centre: Hairdressing, Make-up Artistry, Photography, and Pastries and Small Chops Production

According to the organisers, the programme reflects their commitment to developing the future and equipping young women with relevant skills for sustainable livelihoods.

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must:

  • Be female and aged between 18 and 35
    Reside in Lagos State
  • Hold at least an O’Level certificate
  • Be currently unemployed
  • Possess a valid LASSRA ID
