An e-commerce platform, Hisell Technology, has launched a unified digital solution designed to empower small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) by integrating sales, marketing and customer-management tools into a single platform.
In a statement on Tuesday, the company said the platform enables business owners to manage product listings, customer communication, payments and marketing activities from one dashboard, reducing reliance on multiple third-party tools that often complicate daily operations.
Founder of Hisell Technology, Chidiebere Okpechi, said the platform was developed in response to persistent challenges faced by small businesses that operate mainly through social media.
“Many small businesses rely heavily on social media for sales, but account suspensions, low visibility and fragmented tools often disrupt their operations,” he said. “Hisell was built to help businesses retain control of their customer relationships while simplifying daily operations.”
Okpechi explained that while social media platforms remain important for visibility and promotions, overdependence on them exposes businesses to significant risks.
“Social media remains important for reach, but businesses should not lose everything because of a single disruption,” he said. “Our goal is to provide a stable infrastructure that works alongside these platforms.”
According to the company, Hisell allows SMEs to maintain direct access to customer data, automate marketing campaigns without advanced digital advertising skills and manage fulfilment through a built-in delivery rating system aimed at improving order efficiency and customer trust.
Okpechi noted that SMEs account for a significant share of Nigeria’s economic activity but continue to struggle with fragmented digital tools, logistics challenges and limited marketing capacity.
“By bringing core business functions into one platform, we are helping small businesses focus more on serving customers and growing sustainably,” he said.
Also speaking, Board Advisor for Operations, Jumoke Omodeni, said the platform was designed to simplify everyday business processes for entrepreneurs navigating the digital economy.
“Hisell addresses the day-to-day operational challenges that entrepreneurs face on digital platforms,” she said. “By integrating sales, marketing and customer management into a single platform, we are giving business owners the space to focus on growth, customer service and building sustainable businesses.”
The company said the launch forms part of broader efforts to strengthen digital infrastructure for Nigerian SMEs and improve their resilience in an increasingly competitive and platform-driven business environment.
