The foundation has positively impacted more than 300,000 rural communities and smallholder farmers, with over 1.7 million people benefiting from various initiatives.
A cornerstone of BATN Foundation’s success has been its partnerships with over 100 stakeholders, including NGOs, government agencies, private sector organizations, and other industry players. These collaborations have helped leverage resources, expertise, and networks to amplify the foundation’s impact.
Key achievements include:
– Empowering over 300,000 smallholder farmers through capacity-building programs and support, enabling them to expand their farms and improve livelihoods.
– Implementing over 300 community projects across diverse themes and value chains.
– Providing access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene, notably through the installation of 105 solar-powered borehole facilities, each with a 20,000-liter capacity, improving health outcomes and reducing water-borne diseases.
