The 2023 Business Operation Sales Strategy (BOSS) Summit in Abuja brought together experts across various business fields who encouraged entrepreneurs to focus on building resilience and global enterprises. Othman Abdulrasheed, the convener and business consultant, highlighted the summit’s goal of challenging participants to establish resilient and profitable billion-naira enterprises in any economic landscape.

Abdulrasheed, a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, emphasized the importance of dominating respective markets and unveiled mastermind members along with presenting the 10x Business Revenue Growth recognition to Business Leadership Community (BLC) members. The summit, held at NAF Conference Centre in Jabi Abuja, drew over 120 participants from different regions.

The conference theme, “Navigating Business Resilience: Thriving Amidst Economic Shifts,” guided discussions led by six keynote speakers and six panelists. The Resilience Award acknowledged businesses achieving extraordinary revenue surges, demonstrating dedication, strategic approaches, and perseverance against challenges.

The summit addressed crucial areas, offering insights into building a business mindset for over a billion naira revenue, strategies for community building around businesses, inspiring customer loyalty, and leveraging social media for sales growth. Key topics covered included inspiring staff loyalty, creating businesses capable of running on autopilot, and responding effectively to market changes.

Participants provided positive feedback, highlighting the timeliness and significance of the summit’s insights for their businesses. The BOSS Summit 2023 aimed to equip entrepreneurs with the knowledge and strategies needed to navigate challenges, adapt to market shifts, and foster resilience for long-term success.
