The summit, themed ‘Tech in Event Business – The New Narrative,’ featured insightful presentations by eminent personalities, including Ibrahim Bashir, Show Director of Experiential Planner Expo (EPEX) Dubai, and a host of other industry leaders.
Bashir emphasized the indispensability of technology in shaping the future of businesses and underlined its profound influence on the event industry. He accentuated the substantial impact of technology in elevating engagement levels and enhancing interaction at events.
The show director expounded on technology’s pivotal role in facilitating delegate experiences, event curation, and real-time engagement through various applications and tech platforms.
