Call For Applications: African Climate Creatives Fellowship for Young Climate Advocates in Africa

The African Climate Creatives Fellowship (ACCF), organised by Aspire Climate Vanguard, is a 3-month training program aimed at empowering young African climate advocates to become influential storytellers and digital campaigners. With climate change posing critical challenges across the continent, this fellowship supports a new generation of changemakers who are passionate about shaping climate policy and catalyzing grassroots action through strategic storytelling and digital advocacy.

The ACCF is designed to amplify the voices of young climate advocates by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and networks necessary to lead meaningful climate action.

Fellowship Objectives

– Empower Climate Advocates:
Equip 1,000 young climate advocates with digital storytelling and communication skills to lead impactful climate action in their communities.

– Inspire Mass Action:
Reach 10 million people by 2035 through powerful climate campaigns, grassroots projects, and digital storytelling.

– Amplify African Voices:
Build a diverse, vibrant network of African storytellers using creative methods and lived experiences to reshape Africa’s climate narrative.

Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: 18–35 years old
  •  Geographic Eligibility: Open to individuals from African countries
  •  Background: Climate advocates, activists, communicators, digital storytellers, creatives, or anyone passionate about environmental justice and policy impact
