Call For Applications: Bloom Scholars Program 2025 For Africans ($500 Award)

The Bloom Scholars Program 2025 is aimed at unleashing the collective power of African women and girls to create lasting impact in their communities and the world.

Established in 2019, The Bloom Africa is a registered non-profit harnessing the collective power of African and Diasporan women and girls to catalyze impactful change within their communities and across the globe.

The Bloom Scholarship 2025 program also seeks to harness the collective power of African and Diasporan women and girls to catalyze impactful change within their communities and across the globe.

 

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the Bloom Scholarship 2025, you must:

  • Be a recent female secondary school graduate
  • Be a citizen of an African country
  • Plan to attend a recognized university in one of the following countries: Ghana, Kenya, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, or South Africa for the 2025 academic year.
  • Must demonstrate financial need
  • Must be passionate about leadership and social impact

Benefits of Bloom Scholars Program 2025

The Bloom Scholars Program will offer a four-year tuition-only scholarship (up to $500 yearly) and support for outstanding young female change-makers across Africa who are about to begin their first year of university (freshman year)in Nigeria, South Africa, Ghana, Sierra Leone, and Kenya.

Required Documents for Bloom Scholarship 2025

To apply, candidates must be ready to submit the following documents;

  • Complete Application Form
  • High school transcript
  • Final secondary school exam results
  • College entrance/post-secondary exam results
  • Provisional university admission letter
  • Up to 7 short essay responses
  • A completed recommendation form

How to Apply for Bloom Scholars Program 2025 (Step by Step)

To apply for the Bloom Scholars Program For Africans, follow the instructions we have outlined below;

  • Complete this application form
  • Upload the required documents and submit by the deadline.
  • Please note that shortlisted applicants will be invited for a brief virtual interview as part of the selection process.
