Call For Applications: British Council Internship Program 2024 For Nigerians

The British Council in Nigeria is inviting applications from suitably qualified graduates for her 2024 internship opportunity.

The British Council would like to offer students/graduates an experiential learning opportunity to gain real-world experience through an internship program. The practical experience an intern gains is expected to complement the theoretical knowledge he/she has gained during their studies.

The intern is expected to both learn from and contribute to the workplace during the internship period, in turn providing an opportunity to increase employability skills. An outcome being that students and graduates are more employable and successful because of the skills they acquire.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for the 2024 British Council Internship, you must have;

  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to be discreet when handling sensitive financial information.
  • A willingness to learn.
  • Be detail-oriented
  • Be analytical skills
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • Maximum of 3 years post-NYSC in any field of study.
  • Contract Duration – 1 year
