Call For Applications: Family Homes Artisans Skills Training (FAST) Program in Nigeria (Stipends and take-off tools are provided)

The Family Homes Artisans Skills Training (FAST) program, supported by the African Development Bank (AfDB), is offering skills and apprenticeship training to improve employability in the housing sector.  Over the next two years, 2,000 artisans will be trained across 12 states in Nigeria!

•  Gain valuable skills and boost your career in the housing industry.

Training Details:

•  Duration: 3-6 months (depending on skill)

•  Age: 18-35 years

•  Part-time: Attendance is 3 times per week.

•  Stipends and take-off tools are provided.

Requirements

Ages 18 and above

Interest to learn and upskill

Basic literacy

No prior experience needed in trade of interest

Trades

Plumbing Installation

Electrical Installation

Tiling

Painting

Carpentry

Masonry

Training Locations:

•  North-West – Katsina, Kano

•  North-East – Bauchi, Adamawa

•  South-East – Enugu, Abia

•  South-South – Akwa Ibom, Delta

•  South-West – Ogun, Lagos

•  North-Central – Abuja, Niger
