Call For Applications: Federal Government NIYEEDEP Program For Nigerians 2025

The DIYEEP Program seeks to create 6 million direct jobs in 2025 within the agric-related sector of the economy, contributing to household poverty alleviation, food security, mass employment generation, youth deradicalization, and national stability.

The “Nigerian Youth Economic Engagement and De-Radicalization Program (NIYEEDEP)” aims to facilitate and provide adequate economic engagement of youths for active economic participation, nation-building, economic development, de-radicalization, and national security.

The mission of the program is to help youths to access the financing, enterprise development services, and other economic incentives and empowerment platforms needed to transform themselves into entrepreneurs, job creators, income earners, and builders of wealth.

Eligibility

To be considered for the Federal Government NIYEEDEP Program, you must:

  • Be a Nigerian
  • Be a youth (18 to 35 years of age)
  • Have a valid National Identity Number
  • Have an interest in business, especially in the agricultural sector.
  • You will be required to provide a Lotus Bank Account number.  If you do not already have one, you can open an account by visiting ibank.lotusbank.com/account/bvn.
