GASUP is seeking to empower 100 Nigerian Agric-entrepreneurs with the skills, resources, and funding to scale their businesses and tackle the nation’s most pressing agricultural challenges, driving sustainable growth and food security.
Details

Green Agribusiness Scale Up Program (GASUP) is an initiative developed by Venture Hub Africa in partnership with JR Farms Africa and Venture Nation Inc, to support Nigerian Agric entrepreneurs who are actively tackling Nigeria’s most pressing agricultural challenges.

The program aims to support 100 Agric entrepreneurs with business management training and access to resources. 10 of these, who show significant potential for scale, will gain access to premium support, intensive coaching, technical assistance, and funding opportunities.  By offering coaching, business advisory services, technical assistance, and funding, GAHSUP aims to empower these high-potential businesses to grow sustainably, while addressing Nigeria’s most pressing Food and Agriculture challenges.

Program Features and Benefits:

Capacity Building Workshops: Regular workshops on strategic planning, technology adoption, financial management, and leadership development, tailored to businesses with strong growth potential.

Business Coaching & Advisory: Tailored coaching and expert business advisory services to help entrepreneurs refine business models, improve operational efficiency, and expand their customer base.

Technical Assistance: Specialized support in accessing Agric inputs, adopting Agric best practices, and adopting modern technologies.

Funding Access: Opportunities for grants, loans, or equity investment through partnerships with financial institutions and development agencies to help businesses scale.

Market Access & Networking: Access to new markets and a network of industry experts and partners to enhance business expansion and market reach.

Eligibility

Has been operational for at least two years.

Has clear potential for growth and scalability in the nigerian agricultural sector.

Is engaged in tackling some of nigeria’s critical food and agriculture challenges

Is willing and available to commit to program demands
