The IHS Skills Acquisition Program (ISAP) is an 18-month initiative by IHS Towers, designed to equip African graduates with practical skills and real-world experience to accelerate their career growth. This program is ideal for young professionals looking to build a strong foundation in the telecommunications industry and make a lasting impact.

About IHS Towers

IHS Towers is the largest independent provider of mobile telecommunications infrastructure across Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Established in 2001, IHS offers services spanning the full tower value chain, including colocation, deployment, and managed services.

With over 23,300 towers across Africa, IHS operates in Nigeria, Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Zambia, and Rwanda. The company has been pivotal in shaping Africa’s telecommunications backbone, fostering economic growth, and driving digital transformation.

As the telecom landscape evolves, IHS continues to lead the charge, catering to the growing demand for mobile and data services driven by an expanding middle class. With a reputation for reliability, governance, and operational excellence, IHS is the partner of choice for leading network operators globally.

  • Have 0-3 years of work experience.
  • Complete the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or possess an exemption certificate by April 2025.
