Investisseurs & Partenaires (I&P) is inviting applications from locally led businesses seeking long-term capital and strategic support to scale sustainably across Sub-Saharan Africa and the Indian Ocean region. As an impact investment group, I&P partners with entrepreneurs who are building strong, resilient businesses that generate measurable economic and social impact within their communities.

I&P invests as a minority shareholder, working closely with founders and management teams to strengthen governance, improve operational performance, and support sustainable growth. Beyond financing, selected businesses benefit from hands-on strategic guidance, access to a broad network of experts, and a long-term partnership focused on value creation.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Applicants must be small or medium-sized enterprises or startups that are formally registered and operating within the formal economy.
  • The business must be based in Sub-Saharan Africa or the Indian Ocean region and led by local entrepreneurs and management teams.
  • Eligible businesses should operate in legally compliant sectors such as agribusiness, health, construction, fisheries, vocational training, textiles, distribution, services, microfinance, or related impact-driven industries.

Benefits

Selected businesses gain access to substantial equity financing without losing control of their companies. In addition to capital, I&P provides strategic and operational support, governance and management strengthening, access to expert networks, and long-term partnership focused on sustainable growth and impact creation.
