Call for Applications:Leader of Leaders Africa Fellowship Free Training Program

The Leader of Leaders Africa fellowship by Bluvard Education Initiative is designed to equip young people in Africa with essential principles of leadership needed to be an effective leaders. The fellowship offers 6 weeks of leadership development training for young aspiring leaders, activists, and entrepreneurs across Africa. These fellows will be trained based on the leadership course on the SkillEd platform,  facilitated by international coaches and mentors for 6 weeks. 

The sole objective of the project is to equip young changemakers with context-based leadership skills so we can raise a generation of global leaders in grassroots communities across Africa. The program was designed to create a sustainable impact on young people in different communities across Africa. 

Benefits

These young leaders will:

– Acquire practical lifelong skills in leadership, project management, and social innovation

– Access to personalized mentorship

– Opportunity to launch your career as a sustainable development advocate

– Join a community of Africa’s young changemakers

– Be given a certificate of participation and a recommendation letter to help them with future applications.

Eligibility

The program is open to young leaders who are:

– Between the ages of 18 and 27 by the time of the application

– Available to dedicate 15 weeks to this program

– Committed  to leading change in your community

– Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English

– Residents of the following African countries ( Nigeria, Ghana, The Gambia, Cameroon, Liberia, Sierra Leone, Kenya, Madagascar, Zambia, Zanzibar, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Morocco, Egypt, Libya, Algeria, South Africa, Angola)

Deliverables

– As part of the criteria for their graduation from the fellowship, they will in turn train 50 young thought leaders/ young people in their community for a period of 6 weeks using the course provided to them as a guide.

– A report encapsulating what they did during the course of the training program

– Pictures and videos from the training program
