The LeadGreen Fellowship is a pan-African leadership and climate action initiative focused on empowering the next generation of environmental leaders across Africa.
The fellowship brings together passionate young people who are committed to tackling climate challenges, sustainability issues, and environmental development within their communities.
Through a carefully designed learning and leadership framework, LeadGreen equips fellows with practical knowledge, leadership tools, mentorship, and access to a powerful network of changemakers working across climate, sustainability, and social impact sectors in Africa.
About the LeadGreen Fellowship ( Cohort 3)
Cohort III of the LeadGreen Fellowship is a 16-week intensive leadership and climate action program created for young Africans who want to move beyond ideas and take action.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the LeadGreen Fellowship Cohort III, applicants must:
- Be between 20 and 30 years old
- Be a citizen of any African country
- Demonstrate a strong passion for climate action, sustainability, or environmental impact
- Show commitment to personal growth and leadership development
- Be willing to actively participate for the full 16-week duration
- Be motivated to apply learned skills to real-life community impact
