Call For Applications: MTN mPulse Spelling Bee Competition For Young Nigerians (Over N24 Million Prizes)

MTN mPulse Spelling Bee Competition is open to Nigerian students from primary and secondary schools. The winners with their schools and teachers/mentors will be given many exciting prizes.

The competition aims to aid Nigerian students in developing their English language and spelling abilities, as well as to give them the chance to win over ₦24 million worth of cash and other exciting prizes.

The MTN mPulse Spelling Bee Competition is being organized by MTN Nigeria for students between the ages of 9 – 15 years old.

The competition aims to aid Nigerian students in developing their English language and spelling abilities, as well as to give them the chance to win over ₦24 million in cash and other exciting prizes.

The stages of the competition include;

  • The first stage will be done on the MTN mPulse website and is open to all students between 9 and 15 years.
  • The top 1000 from the first round will be invited via mail for the second round of the competition which will take place on the mPulse website.
  • The first 20 students with the highest scores from the second round will qualify for the third stage (Grand Finale). The invitation will be sent via mail
  • Grand finale of the competition which will be held physically

 Requirements:

To be considered for the MTN Spelling Bee Competition, you must:

  • Be primary or secondary school student in Nigeria
  • Be between 9 – 15years old
  • Be resident in Nigeria
  • Take the Practice test quiz as many times as possible.
  • Register as a student to participate.
  • Parents are not allowed to participate in this game.

Reward

The MTN is offering cash and other exciting prizes for the winners of its mPulse Spelling Bee Competition, their schools and teachers.

1st Prize 

  • Student – 5million Naira scholarship grant, 1 laptop, 1 smartphone and mPulse goody bag.
  • School – ICT Lab (10 Laptop), 10 MTN Hynetflex
  • Teacher – ₦500,000 cash

2nd Prize

  • Student – 2.5million Naira scholarship grant, 1 laptop, 1 smartphone and mPulse goody bag.
  • Teacher – ₦300,000 cash

3rd Prize

  • Student – 1.5 million Naira scholarship grant, 1 laptop, 1 smartphone and mPulse goody bag.
  • Teacher – ₦200,000 cash

4th -10th Finalists

  • ₦500,000 cash prize each and mPulse goody bag
11th-20th Finalists
  • ₦200,000 cash prize and mPulse goody bag
