Call For Applications: MTN-National Employment Fund (FNE) Internship Program 2025

To mark its 25th anniversary, MTN Cameroon, in partnership with the National Employment Fund (FNE), is launching an exclusive 2-year internship program for 25 young Cameroonian graduates. This initiative reflects MTN’s commitment to promoting youth employment and advancing careers in digital and telecommunications.

Requirements

  • Applicants must be registered with the FNE and hold degrees in one of the following fields:

Service Activation

  • BTS/DUT in IT, Telecommunications, or Software Development
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management
  • A certificate in telecoms or provisioning is a plus

Compliance, Quality & Controls

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science
  • Technical certifications accepted

Service Assurance

  • Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related fields

Digital Services

  • Bachelor’s degree in Software Development, IT, Marketing, or Communication

Benefits

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in an innovative environment
