The Institute specifically targets young dynamic women interested in strengthening their leadership capabilities, feminist analysis and movement building skills that will empower them effectively to mobilize both human and legal resources to end gender disparity as well as gender-based violence.

Articles can focus on the theme from a personal or other contextual perspectives.

Assessment Method:

In addition to the essay submission, candidates will undergo a brief virtual interview. This interview will provide an opportunity for candidates to further articulate their goals, aspirations, and expectations from the mentorship program. It also allows the selection committee to assess communication skills, motivation, and overall suitability for the program.

The program is committed to diversity and inclusivity. Candidates from various backgrounds, industries, and experiences are encouraged to apply.

Successful applicants will undergo a mandatory three (3) day capacity-building training, followed by a comprehensive six-month mentorship phase.

The success of the program hinges on active and engaged participation, and we seek individuals who are eager to leverage this opportunity for personal and community development.
