Empowering Africa: Leveraging Regenerative AI For a Tailored Financial Journey

The Payaza Hackathon 2.0 is a competition that challenges individuals and teams to develop innovative solutions, ideas, or products related to fintech and payments

The Payaza Hackathon 2.0 is scheduled for November 2023.

How to participate

Only 6 simple requirements are needed for the 2023 Hackhathon Challange

1. You can enter as an individual participant or as a team.

2. Your mission: conceive groundbreaking, unique solutions, ideas, and products in line with our theme “Empowering Africa – Leveraging  Regenerative AI For a Tailored Financial Journey”.

3. Craft a compelling 3-minute video pitch and presentation showcasing your innovation.

4. Upload your video pitch on a platform of your choice, tagging it with “Payaza Hackathon 2.0 Submission” and the hashtags ” #Payaza #PayazaHackathon2.0 #EmpoweringAfrica” in the title, heading, or caption

5. Submit the link to your pitch as well as the presentation document with your application

6. Shortlisted applicants will be invited to the Payaza Hackathon 2.0.

Entry Requirements

For Teams

Must be a team of no more than 5 individuals consisting of at least the following persons; Product Manager, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer

For Individuals

Individuals interested in participating are encouraged to make a submission but also note that for the purpose of the event would be paired into a group consisting of no more than 5 individuals.

Prizes

Winner Hackathon challenge: $5,000

1st Runner Up –$3,000

2nd Runner Up – $1,500

The Payaza Hackathon 2.0 is scheduled for November 2023.
