She Code Africa has opened applications for Cycle 3 of its highly impactful Mentorship Program — a structured three-week learning journey designed to support African women navigating the tech ecosystem. Whether you’re transitioning into tech or seeking guidance to grow in your current role, this program offers personalised mentorship, community support, and the clarity needed to advance your career with confidence.

This edition provides hands-on learning, accountability, and practical guidance from experienced industry mentors across four in-demand tech tracks.

Benefits of the Mentorship Program

🎯 Tailored Mentor Matching

Participants are paired with mentors who have real industry experience in their chosen track, ensuring relevant guidance and skill-focused support.

👩‍💻 Four High-Demand Learning Tracks

  • Data Analysis
  • Frontend Development
  • UI/UX Design
  • Product Management

These tracks provide structured learning for beginners, intermediates, and career transitioners.

🗓️ Three-Week Intensive Virtual Program

  • Mandatory virtual sessions every Wednesday & Thursday, 5–6 pm WAT
  • Goal-setting, progress reviews, and practical assignments
  • Shared learning with a small cohort of fellow mentees

🌱 Professional and Personal Development

Participants learn:

  • Career clarity & direction
  • Technical and soft skills
  • How to navigate opportunities in the digital ecosystem
  • Practical roadmaps for career growth

🤝 Supportive Community

Join a empowering network of women in tech, with peer accountability and industry exposure.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

  • Identify as female
  • Be passionate about developing a tech skill or advancing in the tech ecosystem
  • Commit to attending all mandatory sessions
  • Have access to a stable internet connection and a device for virtual learning

Duration

  • Three weeks
  • Virtual sessions every Wednesday & Thursday, 5–6 pm WAT
  • Starts immediately after onboarding
