Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Open to students from all academic disciplines
- Must be in the final year of a university degree or higher, or have graduated within the last two years
- Must have permanent legal right to work in the country of application
Country-Specific Exceptions
- United Kingdom and UAE: Candidates requiring visa sponsorship may be considered, with priority given to UAE nationals.
- United States: Applications from candidates seeking OPT or CPT employment will not be considered

Programme Structure
The internship spans 12 months and is structured as follows:
• Induction phase with classroom sessions, case studies, and technical training tailored to specific business functions
• A training rotation that includes five months in a primary focus area and additional rotations across Financial Markets, Transaction Banking, and Risk
• A final six-month business rotation within CCIB Client Coverage, allowing participants to identify career interests and integrate into a long-term role
