The Earth Prize is a $100,000 environmental sustainability competition open to teenage students worldwide. It recognizes and awards students who develop the best solutions to accelerate positive change towards environmental sustainability.
The Earth Prize, the world’s largest environmental competition for young people, has seen participation from teams in over 160 countries and territories during its first four annual editions. It aims to inspire and empower the next generation of environmental leaders and innovators, creating a global platform for sharing and scaling their solutions.
ELIGIBILITY
- Participants must have been born between 2006 and 2012 and be registered in a school or educational program.
- Students may sign-up as individuals or as a team of up to 5 members
Prize:
- The Earth Prize now features seven regional winners, each receiving $12,500 to implement their ideas. The regions are Southeast Asia and Oceania, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, Europe, North America, and Central & South America. In addition, three mentors of the year will be recognized, with each receiving $2,500.
