Call For Applications: Young Africa Enterprise Project (YAEP) For African Entrepreneurs

The Young Africa Enterprise Project (YAEP) is a pioneering initiative designed to empower young African entrepreneurs and catalyze economic growth across the continent. Developed by Stars-Like-Us Europe and the African Network of Youth Policy Experts (AFRINYPE), YAEP aims to harness the potential of Africa’s young entrepreneurs by providing them with the tools, knowledge, and opportunities necessary to thrive in the global marketplace. African youth have enormous talents and will be encouraged to look inward and harness their potential in SMEs as catalysts for personal and regional economic rebirth.

YAEP is a response to the addictive migration of Africa’s young people to Europe and other Western countries in search of greener pastures by all possible means. Over a decade-long period, YAEP will revolutionize the entrepreneurial landscape in Africa, fostering a generation of innovative leaders who will drive sustainable development and create positive change

Goal:

The goal of the YAE Project is to empower African youth to become resilient, resourceful, and socially conscious entrepreneurs who can drive positive change in their communities and contribute to Africa’s sustainable development. By nurturing the next generation of business leaders and change-makers, these project plays a vital role in unlocking Africa’s entrepreneurial potential and fostering a brighter future for the continent.

Mission:

One of the key focuses of YAEP is to foster a culture of entrepreneurship and innovation among the youth. By providing aspiring young individuals with the necessary tools, resources, and mentorship, this program aims to inspire and enable them to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams, create their opportunities, and contribute to the growth of Africa’s economy. YAEP aims to promote African products at the international markets..

  • With transformative leadership skills for business development and management.

  • Access our communication platform and E-learning hub for capacity building for start-ups and entrepreneurship growth.
  • Participants will come out of the program empowered to contribute to Africa’s economy.
  • One-on-One Business Mentorship Opportunity.
  • Access to grants,  loans, and other credit facilities.
  • Certificate of completion at the close of each cohort..
  • Access to remote jobs and recruitment through our strategic partnership with Havens Borderless Staffing.
Eligibility:
To participate in YAEP, please take note of the following before proceeding with your application:
  • Applicants must be an African Youth Entrepreneur.
  • Must be between the age of 18-35 years.
  • Ability to commit reasonably to at least 80% participation throughout the pendency of the program.
  • Own a Startup and willingness to innovate.
  • Availability to participate virtually.
  • Interested in Entrepreneur and Business Development.
