The Centre for European Policy Studies (CEPS), in partnership with the Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung European Union | Global Dialogue, has opened applications for young climate leaders from the Global South to participate in its flagship Ideas Lab event taking place on 2 and 3 March 2026 in Brussels.
The program offers a rare opportunity for emerging sustainability advocates to engage directly with EU policymakers, deepen their understanding of climate governance, and network with leading voices from across Europe and beyond. Participants will also gain insight into how one of Europe’s most influential policy events is strategically organized.
Eligibility Requirements
• Applicants must be between 20 and 35 years old.
• Must hold citizenship from one of the eligible Global South countries listed in the application form.
• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Must demonstrate a passion for climate action or climate policy advocacy.
• Must be available to travel to Brussels from 1 to 4 March 2026.
• Must not have participated in Ideas Lab previously.
