CHI Limited Launches GREAT Rubies Steering Committee to Empower Women in the Workplace

CHI Limited celebrates International Women’s Day with the unveiling of the GREAT Rubies Steering Committee, fostering diversity, inclusion, and gender equality.

During the event, themed “Inspire Inclusion: Celebrating Diversity and Accelerating Gender Equality,” CHI Limited emphasized the importance of supporting and honoring women’s achievements through the GREAT Rubies initiative.

The GREAT Rubies initiative aims to drive diversity, inclusion, and equity by providing mentorship, sponsorship, and opportunities for intellectual capacity building, social engagement, and overall wellness among female professionals at all levels.

Keynote speaker Temi Dalley, Group Chief Human Resource Officer, Sterling Financial Holdings, underscores the challenges faced by women in balancing work, life, and family and advocates for mentorship and sponsorship opportunities to empower women.

CEO of CHI Limited, Eelco Weber, highlights the GREAT Rubies’ role in promoting a stronger sense of community and supporting gender-neutral policies to drive female inclusion in the workplace.

Chief People Officer of CHI Limited, Temitope Adedayo-Ojo, acknowledges the crucial role of women in enhancing balanced decision-making and celebrates their dedication, perseverance, and outstanding accomplishments within the company.
