DavoDani Microfinance Bank Commits to Empowering SMEs with Accessible Funding
Share

DavoDani Microfinance Bank reaffirms its dedication to providing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) with access to crucial funding for business growth. The bank’s Founder and Chairman, Mr. Austin Enajemo-Isire, emphasized this commitment during the inauguration of the bank’s 11th branch in Ajah, Lagos.

Enajemo-Isire highlighted the bank’s efforts in bridging the gap for the unbanked, underbanked, and underserved population, particularly SMEs struggling to secure funding. He emphasized their focus on reaching those at the grassroots and the base of the economic pyramid, aiming to integrate them into the financial system.

The decision to establish the 11th branch in Ajah is part of DavoDani’s strategy to enhance its visibility and extend its impact. Enajemo-Isire noted that the bank has played a pivotal role in revitalizing struggling businesses, enabling them to not only survive but also expand and create employment opportunities.

Managing Director Mr. John Ologe stated that the bank’s expansion strategy is rooted in its unwavering commitment to providing exceptional leadership in the microfinance sector. Their goal is to offer responsive financial services tailored to grassroots needs. Ologe emphasized the bank’s customer-centric approach and its core mission of empowering micro-entrepreneurs with unrestricted access to sustainable financial services.

Ologe also pointed out the bank’s comprehensive coverage policy, aiming to have a presence in every part of Lagos. He emphasized the importance of physical proximity, especially in the current economic climate where SMEs require increased funding due to factors like inflation and foreign exchange rate challenges.

In conclusion, Ologe emphasized the critical role DavoDani plays in supporting business owners during these challenging times. With job losses prompting many to establish small businesses, the bank stands ready to provide the necessary financial support for them to thrive and succeed.
