Share

For the first time in Lagos, DealMakers AFRICA is hosting the Mergers & Acquisition Awards for 2023, honoring the accomplishments of advisory firms in West and East Africa.

Marylou Greig, CEO of CE Gleason Publications (Pty) Ltd and Editor-In-Chief of DealMakers AFRICA, highlighted the platform’s inception in 2008, tracking mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance activities across Africa (excluding South Africa). The annual awards recognize top Financial and Legal Advisers, as well as the Deal of the Year and Private Equity Deal of the Year in both regions.

Mr. Dominic Ajayi, Managing Director of TSM Network, UK and Nigeria, a strategic partner for the awards, highlighted key guests expected at the event, including top sponsors such as PSG Capital’s Hendrik Benninghof De Kock and Ansarada’s Arie Maree. Dignitaries from the banking sector, venture capitalists, and other M&A industry leaders will also attend.

The event aims to celebrate excellence in advisory services and highlight the contributions of key players in the M&A space, fostering collaboration and innovation within the industry.
