 What are  the Key Nutrients for Women

    – Iron for healthy menstruation

    – Calcium for bone density

    – Omega-3 fatty acids for heart health

    – Folate for fetal development during pregnancy

– Nutrition and hormone balance

– Managing menopause symptoms through diet

Health Tips and Advice

  1. Eat a rainbow: Incorporate diverse fruits and vegetables for essential vitamins and minerals.
  2. Hydrate wisely: Drink at least 8 cups (64 oz) of water daily.
  3. Whole grains matter: Choose brown rice, quinoa, and whole-wheat bread.

Spinach and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Ingredients:

– 4 boneless chicken breasts

– 1/2 cup spinach

– 1/4 cup feta cheese

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– Salt and pepper to taste

 

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix spinach, feta, and olive oil.
  3. Stuff each chicken breast.
