Entries are now being accepted for the 3rd edition of the National MSME Award.
The awards will be given for the following categories:
- Agriculture (MSME Award of Excellence in Agriculture)
- Beauty, wellness & cosmetics (MSME Award of Excellence in Beauty, Wellness and Cosmetics)
- Creative art (MSME Award of Excellence in Creative Arts)
- Fashion & style (Award of Fashion & style)
- Leather works (MSME Award of Excellence in Leather Works)
- Manufacturing (MSME Award of Excellence in Manufacturing)
- Technology innovation (MSME Award of Excellence in Technology Innovation)
- Woodworks (MSME Award of Excellence Furniture and Wood Works)
- Honorary Award (Honorary Award – Excellence in Social Impact)
National MSME Awards 2020 Prizes
- Cars
- Million of Naira in cash
- Other Prizes
Award Requirement and Categories
- Applicants must be 18 years and above
- All applicant must be an indigene and resident in Nigeria.
- Applicants must have a viable business idea.
- Applicants must have all necessary Federal Government related certificates.
- Some categories are not applicable.
- MSME of the Year Award is selected among all entries and by the National MSME Award screening committee.
Video Entry Requirement
- Video entry filename must tally with the first and surname of applicant
- Video file must be in Mp4 video Format
- Maximum video size must be less than 20Mb
- Video must be clear and distinct.
- Applicant must be able to explain and show the following in the video
- production process
- local content
- Labour force
- Impact on economy
