Share

Destiny Encounter, a faith-based organization, has extended a helping hand to Lagos households by distributing 1,400 food items and essential resources, particularly focusing on women. Busayo Omoniyi, the Convener of Destiny Encounter Lagos and a Pastor at RCCG Seed of Life, Ketu, expressed the aim to alleviate poverty within homes through this initiative.

In discussing the group’s vision for 2024, Omoniyi emphasized Destiny Encounter’s commitment to liberate more households, instilling hope and empowerment in numerous lives throughout the year. The organization’s recent gesture included the provision of grinding machines to support women, aiming not just for economic independence but also for enhancing the overall well-being of these families.

Highlighting their multifaceted approach, Omoniyi mentioned Destiny Encounter’s previous endeavors in 2019, building nine toilet facilities for schools in Alapere, Ketu, and their ongoing support for spiritual and entrepreneurial growth.

Encouraging individuals to embrace faith, resilience, and consistency in their service to God, Omoniyi expressed confidence in the organization’s mission. He envisioned a future marked by liberation from adversity, promising a brighter path ahead for both online and on-site followers in 2024 through unwavering reliance on the power of faith.
