GEN Nigeria Urges Women Entrepreneurs to Prioritise Vision and Collaboration for Sustainable Growth
Share

The A+Aromas Nigeria Foundation has rolled out a transformative online training program designed to empower young Nigerians and women with practical skills in digital marketing, handcrafts, and product packaging. The initiative aims to create sustainable income opportunities, boost entrepreneurship, and foster financial independence across the country.

Through the programme, participants are equipped to turn simple ideas into viable businesses, leveraging accessible technology such as smartphones to reach local and international markets. By focusing on hands-on skills and practical applications, the Foundation is helping participants bridge the gap between creativity and economic opportunity.

The empowerment initiative targets both urban and rural communities, prioritising inclusion for women and young people who often face limited access to formal training and business resources. Participants will also benefit from mentorship, guidance on small-business growth, and rewards for top performers to scale their enterprises.

The Foundation’s approach reflects the growing recognition that digital skills and entrepreneurial capacity are vital for tackling youth unemployment and stimulating grassroots economic growth in Nigeria. By equipping women and young people with tools for self-reliance, the programme contributes to the country’s broader agenda of youth empowerment, economic diversification, and inclusive development.

This nationwide initiative positions the A+Aromas Nigeria Foundation as a key driver of entrepreneurial empowerment, supporting the next generation of innovators and small-business leaders across Nigeria.
