How to Fill Rapid Response Register (RRR) and National Social Register (NSR) ₦75,000 Cash Transfer Form in 2025 – Over 60 Million Already Listed, Check If You Qualify

Millions of Nigerians are asking how to apply for the ₦75,000 cash transfer in 2025. With more than 60 million people already listed under the Rapid Response Register (RRR) and National Social Register (NSR), the program is expanding. This guide explains the process in simple terms — from registration steps to how to check if you qualify.

The Federal Government launched this program on October 17, 2023, to support poor and vulnerable families. It provides ₦75,000 in three phases to qualified households listed in either the NSR or RRR.

This initiative is managed by the National Social Safety-Nets Coordinating Office (NASSCO) under the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (FMHAPA).

The NSR is a database of poor and vulnerable Nigerians. People are added through a community-based targeting process:

* Trained Enumerators go into communities.

* They collect information from households.

* The data is sent to the State Ministry of Planning, then to NASSCO.

Only those confirmed to be in real need are added to the register.

The RRR was created to help people quickly during emergencies like COVID-19. It uses a similar process as the NSR but is faster and focuses on urgent cases of poverty.

Each state has its own team responsible for collecting and managing data. These teams send verified data to NASSCO, which updates the national register.

The Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation (FMHAPA) oversees the entire program.

As of now, over 60 million Nigerians have been registered. They were identified by their communities as poor or vulnerable.

However, the register is being reviewed. Some names will be removed if they no longer qualify, and new names will be added.

How to Register for the ₦75,000 Cash Transfer in 2025

There is no online form. Registration is being done face-to-face in local communities. Here’s what to do:

1. Visit Your State Ministry of Planning

Ask if registration is ongoing in your area and how to meet the Enumerators.

2. Meet Enumerators in Your Community

These are trained officials visiting homes to collect data. They will ask questions about your financial situation.

3. Call 969 for Help

If you’re unsure what to do, dial 969 for guidance. It is the official helpline linked to the program.

What to Expect During Registration

  • Enumerators will ask questions about your income, family size, daily needs, and type of housing.
  • You may be asked to show any form of identification like your NIN or voter card.
  • After your data is reviewed and verified, you will be informed if you qualify for the ₦75,000 support.

Why This Program Matters

  • This cash transfer helps families pay for food, school, rent, and healthcare.
  • It is a major step in lifting Nigerians out of poverty.
  • Being on the NSR or RRR means you could benefit from future government programs as well.

Why You Should Register Now

  • Registration has already begun in several states.
  • If you delay, you may miss your chance to be added to the list.
  • Remember, registration is completely free. Do not pay anyone. If someone demands money, it’s a scam.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Can I register online? No. Registration is done offline through trained Enumerators or at your state office.
  • Can I apply via SMS or phone? You can call 969 to ask questions, but full registration must be done in person.
  • I registered last year. Do I need to register again? Not unless you were told to. But if your name is not in the latest verified list, you may need to update your status.

How do I know if I qualify?

If you are unemployed, earn very little, live in a poor neighborhood, or struggle to meet basic needs — you likely qualify.

Find your Enumerator, visit your State Ministry of Planning, or call 969 for more information. This ₦75,000 cash support may be the help your family needs today — and a gateway to future support.
