The International Billionaire Christian Conference (IBCC) has unveiled plans for its upcoming second edition, themed ‘Power, wealth and technology,’ scheduled to be held at the Redemption Camp in Ogun State next month. In a statement released on Monday, the conference announced a focus on empowering Christian youths through a multifaceted approach that integrates faith, business, and technological innovation.

The convener of IBCC, Olatayo Ajiboye, highlighted the upcoming event’s dedication to impacting Christian youths positively. This year’s conference aims to offer various avenues for this impact, including scholarships and the introduction of a dedicated startup fund tailored to support promising business ideas.

Regarding the startup fund, Ajiboye stated, “IBCC is introducing a startup fund designed to finance exceptional business ideas. Beneficiaries will undergo a rigorous pitch deck session evaluated by the IBCC-Startup Management Board, comprising experienced investors and managers. This board will not only select the ventures but also provide ongoing mentorship and oversight.”

He further emphasized that the 2024 conference remains committed to education and skill development. Over 300 participants are set to benefit from scholarships offered in collaboration with the esteemed allied techno-craft learning company, Skilharvest. Ajiboye highlighted that this initiative aims to equip individuals with the necessary knowledge and expertise to navigate the dynamic landscape of technology and entrepreneurship effectively.

The IBCC’s upcoming edition is poised to deliver a transformative experience by creating an intersection between faith, business acumen, and technological innovation, fostering an environment of empowerment and growth for Christian youths with innovative aspirations.
