Illmi Children’s Fund (ICF), a non-profit organization, is teaming up with the Enterprise Development Centre (EDC) of the Pan Atlantic University to provide entrepreneurial training for 300 women.
The three-day training program, scheduled from April 17 to 19 at the National Commission for Colleges of Education in Abuja, aims to equip participants with vital skills and knowledge for entrepreneurial success.
Covering areas such as accounting, customer service, business modeling, growth planning, and more, the comprehensive curriculum will feature interactive sessions designed to enhance participants’ understanding of entrepreneurship.
Nnenna Ugwu, the alumni director at EDC, highlighted that outstanding participants will have the opportunity to engage in a three-month mentorship program post-training, further enhancing their entrepreneurial skills.
Maryam Augie-Abdulmumin, executive director at ICF, expressed enthusiasm for the partnership with EDC, emphasizing their shared commitment to empowering female entrepreneurs and making a positive impact in their lives.
