IDEA Africa Launches Startups and Talent Enhancement Program (STEP) to Empower Startups in Nigeria

IDEA Africa Launches Startups and Talent Enhancement Program (STEP)

IDEA Africa, with the support of the UK-Nigeria Tech Hub, has announced the launch of the Startups and Talent Enhancement Programme (STEP). Applications are open until August 31, 2024.

 

 Objectives:

– Empowerment: Address unique challenges and help startups reach their full potential.

– Ecosystem Development: Foster a vibrant ecosystem for startups and talent to thrive.

 

 Key Features:

– Rigorous Screening: Ensures high quality and impactful participation.

  – Evaluation Criteria: Development potential, experience, and alignment with the program’s objectives.

  – Talent Fees: Shared between startups (40%) and STEP (60%).

 

Mentorship and Training:

  – Collaborations: Partnering with various hubs and seasoned experts.

  – Guidance: Founders will receive expert advice on growth hacking, scaling, strategy, and marketing.
