iRecharge Launches Graduate Trainee Program to Boost Youth Employment in Tech
Share

In a strategic effort to combat youth unemployment and equip graduates with industry-relevant skills, iRecharge Tech Innovations has introduced a Graduate Trainee Program designed to create career opportunities in Nigeria’s growing tech sector.

As a leading digital payment solutions provider, iRecharge aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry experience through hands-on training, mentorship, and career development opportunities across various departments.

Speaking at the launch, iRecharge CEO Tomi Araromi highlighted the company’s commitment to empowering young Nigerians and fostering innovation.

“The youth are the heartbeat of innovation, and their dreams are crucial to the future of our economy. This Graduate Trainee Program is a step toward helping them realize those dreams while simultaneously addressing the high unemployment rate in the country,” Araromi stated.

Participants will gain practical experience in the fast-paced tech industry, particularly in digital finance and payment systems, while developing crucial problem-solving skills. The program is structured to provide a pathway for young professionals to transition into full-time roles at iRecharge upon successful completion.

Beyond job creation, the initiative aligns with iRecharge’s broader mission to drive digital inclusion and economic growth by equipping young talents with in-demand tech skills. The company hopes to cultivate future industry leaders who will contribute to Nigeria’s digital transformation.

Aspiring participants are encouraged to apply via iRecharge’s official website, where the selection process will prioritize graduates eager to build careers in technology and financial services. Through this initiative, iRecharge aims to play a pivotal role in shaping Nigeria’s next generation of tech professionals.
