ISN Hubs Welcomes Oge Nnaife as New Executive Director, Empowering Nigeria's Innovation Landscape
Share

Innovation Support Network (ISN) Hubs, renowned as the largest community of over 170 innovation, entrepreneurship, and technology hubs across 26 states in Nigeria, dedicated to catalyzing Nigeria’s innovation ecosystem and advancing socioeconomic development, proudly announces the appointment of Oge Nnaife as its new Executive Director, effective October 2023.

With over a decade’s experience in the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem and a noteworthy track record of six years in high-level management, Oge Nnaife is poised to significantly elevate ISN Hubs. Oge’s proven success in strategy formulation, thought leadership, and program design for the growth and development of businesses across several sectors in Nigeria stands as a testament to her proficiency.

Before assuming the role of Executive Director at ISN Hubs, Oge Nnaife held the position of Director of Programs at EnterpriseNGR. Notably, she spearheaded the design and execution of the impactful Youth of Enterprise Internship program, aiming to address national youth unemployment and under-employment, while also bolstering private sector capacity. Oge also made instrumental contributions during her tenure as the Senior Programs Manager and Head of the FATE School of Entrepreneurship at FATE Foundation for nearly a decade, leading the design and implementation of several entrepreneurship initiatives, facilitating strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagements and supporting the growth of over 100,000 MSME’s.

A fervent advocate for innovation and entrepreneurship, Oge Nnaife firmly believes in innovation as the key to unlocking Nigeria’s economic potential and providing jobs for its burgeoning youthful population.

“I am thrilled to join ISN Hubs at this pivotal moment,” expressed Oge Nnaife at the recently held ISN Annual General Meeting in Abuja. “ISN Hubs plays a significant role in fortifying Nigeria’s innovation ecosystem. I eagerly anticipate collaborating with the team to further our mission of propelling innovation and entrepreneurship for Nigeria’s advancement.”

Oge Nnaife’s appointment as Executive Director comes at a crucial time for ISN Hubs, as the organization gears up to take a lead role in supporting the adoption and implementation of the Nigerian Startup Act across all states. This landmark act is poised to provide a substantial drive to Nigeria’s startup ecosystem, paving the way for new avenues in innovation and entrepreneurship.

“We are thrilled to welcome Oge Nnaife to the ISN Hubs team,” commented Charles Emembolu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of ISN Hubs. “Oge’s wealth of experience and expertise, combined with her passionate advocacy for innovation and entrepreneurship, assures us that she will steer ISN Hubs to remarkable heights”
