Ghana – The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of homegrown beautycare and household sanitary products manufacturing company, JRA Cosmetics Limited, Jane Reason Ahadzie, has won the award for ‘Superwoman of the Year 2022’ at this year’s edition of the annual Homebuilders Africa Awards.

The illustrious entrepreneur was honored for her outstanding contributions to the domestic sanitary goods and cosmetics manufacturing industries.

Ms. Ahadzie is a astute industrialist who has made a significant contribution to the local manufacturing industry with her business, which has given many people in the nation—especially women and young people—the chance to find employment.

The citation that accompanied the award read: “Using innovative and widely acceptable standards, your brand of products have become a household name.

Not only have you succeeded in business, you have also mentored and mothered a lot of young people and created the right environment for the youth to achieve their dreams. We at Homebuilders Africa Awards confer on you the topmost award of ‘Superwoman of the Year 2022’.”

Commenting on the award, the JRA CEO expressed her gratitude to management and staff of the company for their hard work, consistency and commitment that had propelled and sustained the growth of the company.

“We are very grateful for this recognition and we are hopeful that it will inspire us to do more to better the lives of people and the community through our operations and actions,” she stated.

The JRA CEO was praised for her extensive philanthropic efforts that have had a significant social impact and won many people over, in addition to her commercial competence.

With market-leading items including body lotion and creams, sanitary products, and detergents, JRA Cosmetics has developed under her leadership into a household name and a major player in the local beauty care and home care industries.

Rhe company has developed into a formidable wholly-owned Ghanian brand that has created a number of household cosmetics and home care items over the past 20 years with aspirations to grow into other external markets.
