Organized by the Association of Small Business Owners of Nigeria (ASBON) in collaboration with the Lagos State Ministry of Commerce, Cooperatives, Trade, and Investment, the event aimed to recognize and celebrate the remarkable contributions of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to the nation’s economy.
Held on April 11, 2024, the event brought together key dignitaries representing various SMEs from different sectors in the Nigerian market under the theme “Collaborative Initiatives: Strengthening Networks for SMEs.”
Ken Opara, President/Chairman of Council, delivered a goodwill message, highlighting the government’s initiatives to support SMEs, including the disbursement of N60 billion from the Central Bank of Nigeria via the Agric Small and Medium Enterprises Investment Scheme.
