MSME Development Ecosystem Event Takes Place May 18 in Lagos
Share

MSME Development Ecosystem Actors will gather together in Lagos on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at the 4t Ecosystem Engagement themed – “Evolve to Succeed – Channelling Efforts Towards building a Progressive Future for MSMEs”. The objective of the event is to create sustainable platforms for the ecosystem actors and their operations as well as creating benefits for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).

A key objective for the Eco-System to flourish is to ensure MSME development actors collate relevant information and referrals for MSMEs to then have easy access to current, and relevant business development solutions. This event aims to address this and more.

The last MSME Development Ecosystem Engagement was held in November 2022, where it was resolved that the community has a standard quarterly event to network, share thoughts and present opportunities that may be useful to MSMEs.

The upcoming MSME Development Eco-System Engagement themed – “Evolve to Succeed – Channelling Efforts Towards building a Progressive Future for MSMEs” emphasizes the need for actors, stakeholders, and policy makers to collaborate and continuously evolve their efforts to create a conducive environment for MSME growth and development. It also conforms with the words of the Greek philosopher Socrates – “The secret of change is to focus all your energy not on fighting the old but building on the new”.

An ICSS (INSPIRE-CREATE-START-SCALE) project aspiring to serve as a collaborative platform and designed to complement the ICSS aftercare with digitally accessible solutions – “ICSS Thrive” (a one stop support for entrepreneurs) will be presented to participants during the upcoming Eco-System gathering.

For enquiries, please contact Mr Bunmi Kole-Dawodu on 08036071098 and Mrs Folayemisi Adu on 08028776334.
