NPF Microfinance bank to hold AGM June 20

NPF Microfinance bank has announced that it will hold its 26th Annual general meeting on Tuesday, June 30 at the council chamber of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN), Victoria Island, Lagos.

The meeting will be streamed online to enable shareholders and other stakeholders, who will not be attending physically follow the proceedings.

The link for the live stream will be made available on the company’s website : www.npfmicrofinancebank.com.

Electronic version of the annual reports is available on the company’s website while shareholders who have provided their email address to the registrar will receive electronic copies of the reports in their email boxes. Shareholders who are interested in receiving electronic copies of the report should request via email to: [email protected]
