The Redeemer’s College of Technology and Management (RECTEM) has been honored with the National Outstanding Performance Award by the National Youth and Students Enterprise Group (NASEG). The accolade recognizes RECTEM’s commendable efforts in promoting entrepreneurship, providing necessary facilities, and creating a conducive learning atmosphere.

During the award presentation at the institution’s location in Redemption City, Ogun State, NASEG’s National President, Abdulkazeem Soetan, praised RECTEM for its outstanding contributions to advancing entrepreneurship in Nigeria. The rector, Dr. Stella Mofunanya, along with the Director of Entrepreneurship, Dr. Sunday Onjewu, and other members of the management team, received the award on behalf of the college.

Expressing gratitude for the recognition, Mofunanya assured that RECTEM remains committed to promoting entrepreneurship education in the country. Onjewu highlighted the institution’s focus on aligning with the directive from the National Board for Technical Education (NBTE), emphasizing the importance of embracing entrepreneurship to develop youths in science, technology, and innovation. RECTEM aims to equip students to be innovative and become employers of labor upon graduation.
